Garment Fit Model - Womenswear Manchester, England
Job description
We are recruiting a garment fit model to join our head office team in Stretford, Manchester. This is an opportunity to join the product and design team at Nadine Merabi, where you will assist with the fitting of our luxury Womenswear garments.
You will support our Garment Technicians and Designers by trying on all pieces for the purpose of checking the fit and overall appearance. This will enable the team to provide feedback on fit, feel and comfort of the garments.
Your feedback on the garments plays an important part in ensuring our product fit is perfect for our customers. To ensure this is possible it is a requirement for the role to meet specific measurements as set out below.
- UK size 8 (ladies)
- Bust: 86 cm
- Waist: 69 cm
- Hips: 94 cm
- Height: 5’ 5” – 5’ 7”
Please ensure measurements are included on your CV.
Alongside fitting the garments, you will also be required to carry out ad-hoc supporting work for the product and design team.
We will consider part-time working arrangements, but the fit model will need to be available for all required fit sessions.
Requirements
- Experience fitting garments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office to a proficient level.
