- Reasonable knowledge of Indoor and Outdoor plants and a desire to learn more !
- Ability to work creatively and commercially
- Capable of prioritising and organising own workload and able to work under own initiative
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
- Being a strong team player
- Friendly, polite and helpful
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and advise customers
- display plants and related products in an attractive way
- maintain the displays
- water the plants
- Keep the shop floor clean and tidy
- Receive deliveries from suppliers
- Liaise with the buying manager to ensure our products meet customer expectations
