Our well-established Lincoln client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Person to join their, busy, friendly team. In the Support team you will find each day rewarding and enjoyable and feel a valued member of the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to requests from customers via telephone, email, and electronic medium.
- Ensure Support Tickets are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Document all communication with end users.
- Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate person or team as required.
- Provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support tickets.
- Ensure continuity of service for all users.
- Contribute to ensuring that the support system and software are kept up to date.
- Maintain focus on always achieving excellent standards of customer service.
- Achieve customer SLAs and Team targets.
- Manage and prioritise own workload.
- Participate in appropriate training.
- Attend and contribute to relevant meetings as required.
- Undertake other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job role
