Snug Hospitality is an ambitious hospitality operator creating comfortable, warm, and cosy pubs around Norfolk and the East of England. Established in 2020, we acquired our first venue in May 2021 and now operate 5 venues with a 6th due to open before the Summer. The Role
Our pubs are a mixture of grade 2 listed buildings to modern brick built city centre venues. We're looking for a gardener/caretaker to help keep our pubs looking attractive, tidy and welcoming to customers. You'll be able to work independently managing your own workload and time, enjoy working outside and be able to to turn their hand to a number of different tasks from keeping beds tidy and plentiful in terms of seasonal flowers/shrubs, fixing leaking taps or changing sockets, repairing fencing and furniture or touching up paint work.
Location & Hours of Work
Based mainly at The Chequers Hainford for 8-10 hours per week, our other pubs are within 15-20 minutes drive and should be visited on rotation across the month therefore own transport is essential to reach locations such as Cromer, Acle & Norwich.
Whilst the hours/days worked are flexible we would anticipate the role being completed over 3/4 days and mostly in the mornings to suit the hours of the business. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
