a. Experience with Corporate clients & customer service would be ideal.
b. Candidates as a minimum must have finished “A levels” or have an equivalent degree. Those that haven't will NOT be considered. Candidates should have a higher education degree or currently studying at University.

c. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK DURING THE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK: AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS:

WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY!!! FRIDAY AVAILABILITY IS A PRIORITY! And weekends.

Important information: those applying should live near central London with easy access to public transportation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet with players at our 3 games starting location (St Paul's, Mayfair & V&A). Call or text them beforehand if needed in case they cannot find the starting location.

2. Brief players about the rules of the game, ensure they have left their belongings in a safe place (to be provided by the venue).

3. Welcome players back (after the game) and announce rankings.

4. Help on tasks such as events preparation, live tracking of game's progression, helping with iPad issues, etc.

5. Take content for our Social Media Channels on each shift.

6. Charge tablets at home when needed before games (we will cover any electricity costs)

7. Pick up and drop off equipment ( mainly tablets) outside of shifts, when available, to other Game Masters. Your time & public transport costs will be covered in full by us when you do so.

Professional requirements

1. Excellent communication and people skills.

2. Comfortable speaking with moderately large groups (average size 30 people, maximum size 100 people).

3. Feel comfortable in using Technology, specifically iPads.

4. Charge tablets at home when needed before games (we will pay extra for any electricity costs)

5. Take content for our Social Media Channels on each shift.

6. Pick up or drop off tablets outside of game hours, when you are available to do so. We will fully cover the cost of your time & public travel costs when you do so.

Note: Acting experience not required but considered favourably.

5. Flexibility to work on weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.50 per hour

Vaccinated candidates are preferred.
All iPads are disinfected before being handed to players.
