Due to LevelUp Escapes‘ rapid development we are expanding our team. We are recruiting for a Game Host to join us.
DETAILS:
Customer Service/Escape Rooms Games Host: an excellent people person with a helpful, fun and friendly manner is required to join a family run business based in Shrewsbury
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have experience working within the entertainment industry or within an Escape Room environment then that would be great, although not essential as the company will provide full training. However, you must have the ability to provide a first-class customer experience for all guests.
SALARY: From£7 per Hour.
LOCATION: Shrewsbury

As the Customer Service Escape Rooms Games Host you will help the business to create memorable and exciting experiences for all of their customers, ensuring every guest is looked after and supported during their game.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Escape Rooms Games Host include:
- Greeting new guests to the venue
- Narrating the game experience
- Providing clues when needed
- Celebrating customer achievements
- Resetting used games ready for the next guests
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- As a successful candidate you will be:
- Sociable
- Customer focussed
- Passionate about puzzles
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Willing to work flexibly on weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Over 16
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £6.75-£10.39 per hour
