Role: Lab Technician / Chemist
Location: Witham, Essex
Salary Range: £21,695 - £25,933 depending on experience, plus 10% shift allowance
Shifts: 06.00 - 13.00 rotating 13.00 - 20.00

- Conducting analysis of samples within a laboratory environment
- Organise and deliver work as assigned by area team leader/supervisor
- Ensure safe working practices in line with HSE policy, Risk Assessment and COSHH procedures
- Process results and convey them to the QC team within a timely manner

Professional inspection services are critical whenever the custody of goods transfers between buyers, sellers and traders. We offer localized expertise in a range of technologically advanced inspection and sampling services.
Experience required for the role is flexible, previous work in a laboratory environment would be beneficial, however roles that require a practical hands-on approach such as manufacturing or catering plus an interest in science and lab testing could be ideal.
