We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Game Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our games working with a multidisciplinary team of Programmers, Artists and Designers.

You will be responsible for the overall design, development and implementation of a new game, and be expected to collaborate closely with the team to create immersive, fun and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating a clear vision of the team to empower their creative decisions.
  • Lead the development team in holding the vision of the game
  • Identify and analyse trends in the gaming industry
  • Create and implement innovative strategies for game development
  • Ensure deadlines and budget targets are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Analyse feedback and make appropriate changes
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies


Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Game Director or Associate Game Director across multiple titles
  • Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Leadership experience
  • Creative and imaginative
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desired Experience

  • Multiplayer, Open-world, or combat design experience
  • Experience and knowledge of online and live games

Important

The interview process for the Game Director role is made up of 2 stages:
  • First interview (45 minutes) – An informal chat to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with our Studio Creative Director and Studio Design Director. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.
  • Final interview (45 minutes) – A final Interview with our Studio Head and Studio Production Director. You will have a lot of opportunities to ask any questions about the studio, game and culture.
