Digital delivery is what our Gibraltar office is all about. It’s where the Digi Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit; collaborating very closely with Customer Operations in the UK. The beautiful offices, set right on top of the Marina, are a stunning setting for some of our best digital talent to create and execute ideas to keep our digital offering competitive in a tough market.
As the Brand Marketing Executive, you will ensure our brands remain recognisable, consistent, up to date and exciting to our online customers. Liaison with brand representatives in the venues business is a key part of this role and presenting a unified brand representation
- Ideate, support and brief brand promotional activity and marketing campaigns for Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino digital brands. Contribute to campaigns ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice and visual identity are maintained in line with the brand guidelines
- Research markets and study the company’s brand
- Understand all Safer Gambgling requirements and ensure that best practise and compliance mindfulness is at the core of everything we do and offer to our audience
- Keep up to date with gaming market trends and new developments, utilizing information for business improvement
- Ensure deliverables are executed on time, on strategy, with all required approvals. Communicate marketing plans to all stakeholders to ensure activated and delivered across all customer touchpoints as required, CRM, PR, Social Media, Acquisition and ATL
- Manage the content on the websites and in-game clients, QA specific areas following new campaigns launch, publish and site updates or release of new site features
- Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve customer engagement and interactions with our marketing messages and brand delivery across all touch points
- Quality control of the Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casino sites, specifically testing registration, content functionality and depositing. Consider customer experience at every point of journey and that the next best customer action is considered across all touchpoints
- Test marked-out player journeys to ensure all components flow as expected and next best customer action is considered across all touchpoints.
- Present creative work to higher management for approval or modification as required
- Collaborate with the Development team to ensure that our sites and lobby are accessible
- Responsible for updating marketing plans and attending meetings with key stakeholders or interacting with them via call or written communications.
- Work closely with Campaign & Planning Manager to improve processes and automation
- Gaming experience is highly desirable
- Experience from working in a fast-changing and fast-paced industry and working environment
- Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience with communicating with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated, passionate, analytical-thinking and detailed-oriented
- Have the ability to understand business needs and be creative in developing and innovating ideas to stand out from the competition
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
- Ability to see the 'big picture,' evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests
- A degree in Marketing or similar would be advantageous
