We are continuously realigning the ability to secure new business irrespective of current market trends with Foreign Exchange Business Development Consultants who lean forward and think like entrepreneurs. We continuously provide our Foreign Exchange Business Development Consultants with the tools, support & regular on-going training sessions to ensure their closing ability remains clinical. If you truly believe you have the hunger, drive & desire to be enthusiastic about being part of fast pace closing team, we want you to be part of our mission. All candidates will have a clear career path for those who wish to progress through the ranks. You’ll have the opportunity to become a Business Development Team Leader 6 months prior to being a fully pledged foreign exchange broker in which earnings are uncapped.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Consistently ascertain & acquire SME’s who require foreign exchange services.
- Achieve monthly quotas, targets, including set KPI's.
- Adequately manage & service self-built client database.
- Willingness to participate in on-going training/coaching appropriate to own development.
- Adhering to company policies, including health and safety procedures.
