Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
Assist in organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organised.
Collaborate with colleagues to support various projects and initiatives.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
