About us Lurra is a Basque grill in Marylebone focussing on seasonal produce cooked over wood and charcoal. The restaurant is highly established having been open for almost seven years, with many loyal and regular customers. Lurra is a fine-casual restaurant with attentive, well-informed, friendly service. Much pride is taken in the knowledge and sourcing behind the food and wine. As an independent there is flexibility in the offer; with a daily specials board curated by Lurra’s team of chefs and new wines are introduced regularly, some of which are imported directly and are exclusive to Lurra.
We are looking for full time waiting staff with a experience in hospitality. The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, ensuring friendly & personable customer service. You will continually commit to the highest standards, be hands on and a team player.
