About Us: Ikoyi is a cosmopolitan and contemporary restaurant in constant evolution that builds its spice-based cuisine around British micro-seasonality.
It was founded by friends chef Jeremy Chan and Restaurant Director Iré Hassan-Odukale in 2017. Since its opening, Ikoyi has distinguished itself for its bold use of flavour, introducing new and original ingredient combinations and presenting them with indefinable style. Chan and Hassan-Odukale have made it their mission to source excellent local produce and serve it in its optimal state. The foundation of their dishes is a vast collection of global spices with a focus on sub-Saharan West Africa, which have been meticulously sourced over the past few years, resulting in menus that surprise the senses with a balance of heat and umami.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our small team. The position will entail interaction with guests, maintaining service standards, and learning about our unique food and drinks offering. The ideal candidate:
- Should have experience of working in the industry for at least a year in a quality-driven environment (not essential).
- Should be a good communicator.
- Should be willing to learn about our unique food and beverage offering.
- Should be passionate about hospitality.
