Duties
- Ensure compliance with the opening hours of the restaurant
- Wipe down the benches
- Align the tables
- Polish and set up all the tables with napkins and cutlery
- Clean, refill and place salt and pepper on tables
- Ensure all the stations are supplied
- Ensure all condiments are stocked up and placed on tables and stations
- Refill the stations with glass cloths, sanitiser, napkins and wet wipes
- Refill dessert fridges and dessert toppings
- Ensure all the tills are restocked with till rolls and PDQ rolls
- Ensure the toilets roll dispensers are restocked
- Refill soap and hand cream
- Ensure bins are clean and empty
- Ensure staff room is clean
- Ensure orders are repeated to the customers before processing them (food and drinks)
- Ensure orders are correctly communicated to the kitchen via squirrel
- Ensure customers are aware of delays and waiting times
- Ensure important information is shared with the other members of the staff
- Set up customers tables with correct cutlery according to their food order
- Ensure food is served quickly and to the highest standard
- Collect payments
- Ensure customers had a pleasurable meal/experience
- Restock stations with napkins, wet wipes and sauces
- Wipe down all chairs and benches
- Sweep floor thoroughly
- Place sauces in fridges
- Clean the station
- Ensure dirty laundry is placed in correct bags
- Empty all the bins including toilet bins
- Clean staff area
- Polish remaining cutlery
- Place all chairs on tables

Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.
