We are looking for 2 motivated and organised advisers with excellent IT skills. This is a detailed but rewarding role as you will provide vital support with initial Universal Credit claims via a range of channels. You will receive comprehensive training and will have a chance to further your skills and make a huge impact within your community.
Skills required for this role are good IT knowledge with an ability to support clients in a sensitive manner. It is also essential to have a commitment to continuous professional development, including a willingness to develop knowledge and skills in advice topics.
