Pay Rates: 18+ from 9.97 up to 10.42 per hour depending on age
Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time / Various Days & Hours Available 

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Due to the qualifications and training provided the successful candidate must be 18 years and over. 

What You'll Be Doing 

As a Park Ranger you will offer and deliver the very best activities and experiences to our Guests including... Bush craft, Den building, guided bat walks, beach walks, water safety education to more creative sessions such as nest box making, recycled creations and pebble art. Supporting and encouraging Guests to try new experiences and activities that will create memories that last a lifetime. 
 - Encourage guests to enjoy the outdoors on park - Promote awareness of the natural environment - Protect & preserve the countryside for future enjoyment - Manage habitats within the activity areas to maintain favourable conditions for wildlife - Raise awareness of environmental conservation through education & interpretation - Providing a safe and secure environment for all guests, by looking after the Nature activity areas on park - Offering and delivering the very best park activities and experiences 

What We Would Like You To Bring 

You may already work in a similar role as a Park Ranger, Activities Leader, Cubs, Scout or Guides Leader... but you don't need experience to join our team. You'll be eager and willing to learn, have a love for the great outdoors, a passion for working with nature and the ability to inspire and motivate others with outdoor learning. 

- Good communication skills 
- Basic Health and Safety knowledge 
- Experience of working with young children (of all ages) and families / Groups of people 

You may come for a season and stay for a decade. You may start with us as a Park Ranger and grow into a General Manager's role... Either way we would love an opportunity to discuss our Park based roles with you and all we have to offer you by joining our Team at Haven!
