Job Title: Full-time Training Admin Support Intern, London UK

We are currently seeking a proactive and passionate Training Admin Support Intern to join the Dior Training team for 3 months. The successful candidate’s focus will be split into two main areas, these include training support for Dior UK and assisting in catalogue creation for the brand.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Training Support
- Compose training reports for UK/IR Boutiques (Inc. Dior(K)now completion rates, NPS & CX results etc.)
- Managing orders and PO creation.
- Supporting training studio organization and room setup.
- Updating Training Tracker.
- Travel Booking Coordination.
- Sending Training Invites.
Catalogue Creation
- Collection Catalogue Creation – By Location / By Boutique / By Department (Allocation file provided by Merch).
- Collection Catalogue Creation – Editing.
- Gifting Catalogue Creation – Seasonal Animation.
- Uber Luxury Catalogue Creation.
- Support Styling in creating styling catalogue to accompany styling images.
- Support with individual catalogue requests. (e.g., a team member highlights a client coming in a few weeks who is interested in exotics and jewelry).
- Competitor analysis to compare how we create catalogue vs others.
- Entrepreneurship to ensure our catalogues are exciting to clients.
- Research innovative ways to create content that can be shared.

- Strong understanding of retail business operations
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of the luxury standards and service
- Proficient in use of Window Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick adaptation to a new software/system
- Time Management Skills
- Committed, flexible, self-motivated
Additional information
The successful candidate is able to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday availability).
