Quest Employment are currently looking for LLOP drivers based in Northampton Brackmills NN4 area.
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated LLOP Picker to join our company on the PM shift from Monday till Friday. If you have experience operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) and possess excellent attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Position: LLOP Picker
Shift: PM 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday till Friday)
Pay: £12.66 per hour (This rate includes the Shift Premiums for the relevant shift pattern, basic rate is £11.50 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to efficiently pick products from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately scan, sort, and organize items for shipment, ensuring the correct quantities and product codes.
- Conduct quality checks to verify product accuracy, integrity, and condition.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize risks and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or stock shortages.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of packages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
