We are currently hiring for an experienced receptionist to join our brilliant team within our beautiful Grade II* Listed Georgian Building in the Heart of Norwich City centre! Our reception team are central to everything we do, whether it is checking guests in to stay with us, taking restaurant bookings or offering advice to guests who want to see what Norwich has to offer. The right candidate will have previous experience within a reception/administrative role and a passion for excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist guests needs in a professional and friendly manor
- Checking guests in and out
- Replying to emails, answering the phone and taking direct booking
- Completing the daily task check list
- Bringing new ideas/strategies to the table are always welcome
- Invoicing and filing
- Cash handling
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment

- Good communication skills - both spoken and written
- Previous reception/administrative experience
- A passion for customer service, presentation and cleanliness
- An ability to multitask and problem
- Good understanding of the local area
