IKEA Wembley are looking to hire general sales assistants to work in our Market hall area of the store, this is where you will meet & support our customers to have the best shopping experience possible.
Start Date : 8th July 2023
WHAT WE OFFER
- £11.95 from per hour

- We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends. All our part time co-workers will receive 1 weekend off in 4.
All contract sizes and availability will be discussed at interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, an eagerness to learn and will embrace change with a solution-orientated approach to the many challenges and tasks that present themselves. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
We are looking for someone with a 'can do attitude', who can multi-task, be cost conscious and have a passion for being a part of something bigger. Responsible for keeping the store, tidy, priced and full and having our customers at the heart of what we do.
- You will work to keep the shop floor - clean, tidy, priced and full for ur customers
- You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
- Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.
- You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
- Physically active role, responsible for health & safety within the market hall
