Position Summary: As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Slate Studios based in Paris. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and helping the Director manage their day-to-day tasks. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for production and strong organizational skills to contribute to our company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle email correspondence and prioritize important messages. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Help the Director stay organized by maintaining files and records. Conduct research and gather information for various projects. Assist in managing the Director's personal and professional commitments. Requirements: Must be based in Paris and available to work on-site. Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software and tools. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
