Full Time Customer Service Advisor Harlow, England
Job description
Due to rapid expansion we are looking to create a new position for a customer service advisor.
Based in Harlow we have been at the forefront of supplying businesses with a range of cleaning, janitorial and maintenance products throughout the UK
The successful applicant will need to have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
The role will include the following:
# Dealing with new enquiries.
# Resolving service issues.
# Processing orders from incoming calls, emails and from our website.
# Upselling to incoming calls from customers who are placing orders.
# Sending out mailshots
# Updating, maintaining and expanding our social media presence.
# Maintaining our website.
# Providing support to our sales team
We are looking for someone who can:
# Display an excellent telephone manner
# Send professional emails
# Build knowledge of our product range
# Have experience with Sage, Merlin or similar software,
# Provide our customers with the best customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
