Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Assisting customers with product or service-related questions
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the database
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office suite
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
