• 4-12 years of telecom domain experience preferably on OSS - BSS side.
• Good understanding of BSS, Revenue Management (Charging, Billing, Mediation) on Ericsson Systems.
• Good knowledge and hands on over CDR / UDR generation, subscription, billing, and payment management.
• Good knowledge over prepaid call flow, rating, charging concepts.
• Good knowledge on Operating System (Linux, Solaris).
• VM knowledge (VMWare, VirtualBox etc.)
• Knowledge of Shell scripting (Perl, python and Java will be an added advantage)
• Database knowledge (Oracle, PL/SQL, mySQL)
• End to End Technical Understanding and Good with technical trouble shooting.
• Proven experience in high complex and/or transformation projects in the OSS/BSS area.
• Strong knowledge in BSS and Cloud systems integration concepts.
• Experience of CRM, Self-care Portal, Service Order, Service Activation, Orchestration, Policy Control, Order management- provisioning.
• Prepare system test, module test, and accept test on BSS systems.
• Perform testing, scripting, and coding related to tasks automation in BSS systems.

• Excellent Communication, interpersonal skills.
• Good Customer handling experience.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Good team player and ability to lead the team.
• Self-Motivated, ability to learn quickly.
• Good Documentation, writing & Presentation Skills.

Educational Qualification –
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering
