Due South captures nature in all its glory. Using an ancient style of cooking over wood, our passion for honouring wild food, the seasons and ethical farming.
Our team deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, local producers, prepared with skill and passion.
From the team of Riddle & Finns we opened Due South restaurant in 2021 in the kings road arches. Focusing on sustainable and local produce supplied within a 30-mile radius, we have high standards of both food and our service.
The restaurant seats 40 guests internally in one of the famous Brighton arches, with another 40 guests on our beach front terrace.
The role…
The right candidate will be confident and personable, a team player with a can-do attitude and committed. Experience in a fast-paced establishment, like ours, with a passion for great food and customer service is also desired.
We strive to ensure all staff within our restaurants have a positive life work balance, avoiding excessive hours or restrictive shift patterns.
Requirements;
- Experience in a fast-paced establishment preferred.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, with a passion for great service and food
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
