We require 2 Trainee Installation Engineers to join our growing team.
Daily Reporting Location: Head Office, Opus Business Park, 35 Aughrim Road, Magherafelt, BT45 6BB
Hours of Work: 7.00am @ Beam HQ– 4.30pm (onsite), Monday to Friday

Job Description
The successful candidates will be tasked with:
- Installation of ductwork / Beam plant/unit installation / commissioning into residential new builds and commercial buildings for our range of central vacuum system and ventilation systems, including heat recovery, mechanical extract and positive input
- Co-ordinate and liaise onsite with Homeowners/Builders/ Project Managers
- Confidently respond to on-site customer installation queries
- Observe the highest levels of Health & Safety as per BEAM's H&S policy and use the appropriate safety equipment
- Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy before leaving site
- Maintain our company customer care policy at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable request made by supervisor / manager

Essential Criteria:
Full training will be provided. However to be able to carry out your responsibilities you will:
- Be hands on, with some practical and technical ability that will allow you to understand how our systems are installed and abide by the BEAM standard of installation
- Be confident, reliable, flexible and adaptable;
- Have good communication skills to meet and deal with our customers;
- Have adequate literacy and numeracy skills;
- Have a full, clean driving licence
- Have strong planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills liasing with customers and other Team members
- Be a positive team player that is able to work on their own initiative
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous Trade / Construction sector experience
- Basic IT skills

Salary: £18,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
