Position Summary:
The Front of House Team member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring all guests are made comfortable in the comfort zone. The ideal candidate will be able to execute all aspects of their job in a high-energy, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with a comfortable and memorable experience
• Take orders from customers efficiently and accurately; prepare food orders as directed by chef or manager, including correct portion sizes, correct cooking methods, and correct garnishing (e.g. garnishing beverages); record customer orders in the kitchen inventory system; stock front of house with all required items
• Maintain product quality and safety by following proper sanitation and safety standards
• Assist other team members as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management or supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and written
• Must have a strong desire to work long term with a positive attitude
• Must have excellent physical mobility with the ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours at a time)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £7.57-£10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
