We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask effectively. The Front End Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and providing general assistance in the restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive dining experience.
- Provide customers with accurate information about menu items.
- Answer customer questions and provide them with helpful suggestions.
- Take orders from customers and enter them into the point of sale system.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to the restaurant's standards.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
