Job description

Are you an experienced Team Leader and have detailed knowledge of Service Desk Management Software? Are you an effective communicator with excellent customer service skills? If so, then we may have the perfect role for you!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Team Leader to join our in-house Technology team based in Liverpool.

You will deliver excellent performance and delivery from the IT Service Desk Team, making sure the team provide excellent service at all times, monitor team performance, provide regular updates to the service manager and business alike whilst also nurturing the team and dealing with all team related issues and management such as holidays, disciplinaries and any other team lead related matters.
