Your Playbook:
Warm Welcomes: Ensure every customer is greeted with energy, enthusiasm, and the promise of a great time.
Game-time Strategy: Ensure standards are exceeded, going the extra mile and ensuring that even on the busiest nights, everything runs smoothly.
Feedback Loop: Engage with our customers, gather feedback, and continuously look for ways to elevate their experience.
The Practical Game Plan:
Hours: Dive into the action with a range of full-time and part-time roles
Pay: Score an hourly rate of £10.50 per hour
Shifts: Your lineup includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holiday shifts of 8 – 10 hours, ensuring you’re there for the most thrilling moments
Pitch: You must be able to reliably get to the pitch on time, so living locally is a distinct advantage
