About You:
As an experienced HR Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring a happy, healthy, and productive workforce. Based in the heart of Cornwall, you will provide comprehensive and professional HR support to managers and staff throughout our organisation. We are seeking a confident individual who can serve as a role model, inspiring others and projecting our company values in everything they do. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organisation, adaptability, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for all employees, resolving first-line queries in a customer-focused and timely manner.
· Provide accurate and sound advice to employees and managers on our policies and procedures.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
· Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for each vacancy, collaborating with hiring managers to shape a robust selection process.
· Manage employee administration throughout their lifecycle with the company, including onboarding, probation reviews, amendments to terms and conditions, benefits, performance reviews, and leaver correspondence.
· Compile payroll information for the accounts team, including hours, sickness, holiday, and unpaid leave.
· Identify training needs within the business and organise training courses as required.
· Support and advise line managers on formal and complex HR processes.
· Compile, analyse, and present key HR data, such as staff metrics, holiday data, sickness absence, and turnover, providing ad hoc reports as required.
· Regularly measure employee satisfaction, analyse results, identify areas for improvement, and provide well-considered solutions.
