Experience with the following is essential:
- Kitchen 1st/2nd fix work
- Bathroom 1st/2nd fix work
- Boiler installations/diagnostics/repairs/servicing
- General repairs/maintenance
Essential requirements and qualifications:
- Gas safe qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Domestic plumbing & heating qualifications
- Time served with a high skill set
- Full UK driver's licence
- Clear DBS check
- All tools required to complete 1st/2nd fix work
- Live in Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside or Northumberland
- Be able to interact with high end clientele
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow health and safety legislation and risk assessments
- Be able to work both individually and collectively
Having your own van would be a major advantage when applying for this job as we currently have a issue with one of our vehicles, the use of your own van would be reflected as an additional amount on your salary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year
