Who are we?
Cuku is a fast paced and busy deli situated in the heart of Glasgows bustling west end, just a stones throw away from Byres Road. Open 7 days per week and serving breakfast lunch and dinner, we are always on the go. We also operate as a bottle and wine shop with over 300 wines, beers and spirits on offer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a full time and experienced front of house team member to join our small but closely knit team. Experience within a restaurant environment is highly beneficial as well as an understanding of wine and spirits. Making a mean coffee also gives you extra points. Shifts will be available from week commencing 11th September
What are we offering?
We are offering 35-45 hours per week, weekly pay, weekly tips and free meals on shift. All staff members also get opportunities to attend training courses and trade events such as WSET wine and spirit courses and trade only supplier events. We are committed to offering a work life balance so there are no late nights and weekends off are available on a rotational basis.
Earliest Start - 7.30am
Latest finish - 10.30pm (only at the weekend)

Salary: £10.75-£11.50 per hour
