Front of House Job Description
16:00pm starts, evening shifts only. 4 nights per week
Immediately acknowledge guests at the door and seat them when appropriate
Nature frequent diners to boost customer retention
Serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable & relaxed dining environment
Handling cash & credit card payments accurately
Capturing all sales items on POS system
Inform the kitchen and waiting staff of any allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to orders
Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant
Clean tables and other surfaces
Set tables to standards and ensure they're ready for the next guest
Deal with supplier contracts for stock and inventory
Train new staff members
Enforce restaurant standards
Work in a calm, professional & organised manner
Be presentable, wearing the full staff uniform with clean & tidy footwear
Interact with guests and build a positive rapport in line with Clark’s Restaurants service standards
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
