Job description
We've recently expanded our venue, and we're shaking up more cocktails than ever before! We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be used to working under pressure to get drinks out quickly, working precisely to drinks specs. They'll know their classics and be excited about creating new recipes too. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in spirits and mixed drinks to hone their skills and be a part of a great team!
We're a very popular drinking spot so you'll need to be able to keep up the pace in a busy bar environment. It's not just churning out drinks though. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality of classic cocktails and contemporary spins so you'll need to really care about the drinks you make.
Your passion for quality spirits and flavour-making will be really useful in helping the Bar Supervisor to come up with new drinks for the menu too and it'll help you talk to our discerning guests about what they're drinking.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced drinks professional looking for a role in which they can get creative and stamp their mark on an award-winning, independent business. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, resilient and will be committed to supporting our business in a period of exciting change. In return, you'll be offered opportunities for formal, professional training and a competitive salary and benefits package.
This isn't a seasonal job so please only apply if you are happy to work weekends and are able to work throughout the year. Due to the nature of the role we will only be shortlisting candidates over the age of 18.
