The tree storey townhouse incorporates rooms dedicated to aesthetic treatments as well as medical procedures, VIP waiting area and a wellness lounge which can be also be used for meditation and prayer.
About You!
Responsibilities
· Meet and greet clients.
· Booking appointments, answering emails and phone calls
· Liaising with both medical and aesthetic clients and managing the diary.
· To liaise with the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the clients journey within the clinic.
· Ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the no clinical areas
· Coordinating all of the client’s needs and delivering a five-star service.
· Record keeping for client’s database as appropriate.
· Reception and general administration tasks.
· Cashiering and sale of products.
· Will receive extensive training in services and products.
Skills and Experience
· Ideal candidate will have previous front of house experience in a similar esteemed arena.
· They will be highly organised, meticulous, organised, punctual, efficient.
· They will be well spoken, expertly groomed and polished naturally.
· Will be personable, have honed people skills and always keen to delight.
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
· A passion for aesthetics, a good knowledge base and a clear understanding of the the industry as a whole.
· Knowledge of the booking system Pabau would be an advantage and strong in Word and Excel

Additional Notes
There may be career development opportunities available in the future which would further enhance the role for someone with a creative skill. This would require someone with the expertise and competency to undertake a new social media project, still in its infancy currently but requiring further growth from the right individual.
Salary £26,000.00 to £30,000.00.
