We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our Sales team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
