Role: Contract Supervisor
Location: London Area
Shift times: Monday to Friday – Days
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 dependent on experience

This is an Excellent opportunity to join our Operations Team in a role that will give significant exposure to senior members of the business and a steppingstone to becoming an operational manager of the future.
Main duties for the Contract Supervisor:
- First point of contact for our Client when security guards are required at any of their hospital sites
- Meeting with the Client on a weekly basis to discuss KPI’s and contract performance
- To review and sign-off Clients records of staff hours to ensure billing accuracy and subcontractor charges
- To review, investigate and resolve to the Clients satisfaction any discrepancies between the clients records and our proposed invoices on a timely basis
- Ensuring requests for staff on site managed on a timely by the Control Room
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure staff appropriately trained for each site and to help continually increase standards and the quality of service at each site
- Welfare visits for subcontracted staff
- Demonstrate experience of co-coordinating security team or services and full awareness of security related issues.
- Able to work out of hours to support service delivery needs if necessary.
- To undertake regular security scenario tests within your team as an active team member and work area to identify recommendations / improvements on all aspects of security.
- To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with other team members and the Client when appropriate, to ensure objectives are met and a quality service is delivered.
- Any other projects as required by the Client

Preferred but not essential:
- Hold a current and valid SIA Licence in an appropriate sector preferred but not essential as this can be worked towards in the role.
