Ensure the team work efficiently and effectively, meeting any service expectations
Identify and champion new ideas that move us forward, supporting transformation activities to improve the customer journey and their experience - Lead & coach the team to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to the varying needs of their role, customers and the business, encouraging a one team ethos and collaborative working
- Regularly review all available data and ensure trends and emerging issues are identified, taking action to improve customer outcomes and their experience
- Own risk and operational management, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and any role competency activities required, fostering a culture of transparency and ownership where colleagues speak up, challenge and act where they see things are wrong

- Use appropriate data to support whole of job performance conversations. Role model the principles of Your Best, positive coaching interactions and foster a culture of two way feedback, recognising and celebrating great customer interactions
