Job Overview
We are seeking applications from experience Front of house / Reception candidates, To maintain an excellent level of customer service while remaining diligent to the constant threat of security breaches as well as ensuring the safety and security of people, premises and property.
Job Description
*You will ensure effective operation of the main switchboard, handling external calls in a professional manner.
*Maintain a tidy and respectable reception area, ensuring that visitors are greeted and managed in a professional manner.
*Provide administration support services when required.
* Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure
* Providing a very high-quality customer focused service to both visitors and staff
* First point of contact for visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out
* Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to
* In addition to these functions employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required
* Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur
Personal Specifications
*A valid Frontline SIA Security Guarding
*Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers.
*Experience and ability to run a reception and switchboard function.
*High level of oral communication skills, with the ability to hold conversations of a generalist nature with people at all levels.
*Excellent administration skills with a good level of understanding and competence with Microsoft applications in particular Word, Outlook and Excel; Power point would be an advantage.
*The ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
*A flexible approach.
* Clear communication skills both written and verbal
* Must be punctual, reliable and have the ability to think on their feet
* Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Smart, well-groomed and confident.
* A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential
* Good report writing skills
* Conflict management aware
* High level of Customer Care Awareness
* Security systems knowledge
* Telephone/switchboard skills
* IT literacy is a must have skill

* £11.00 per hour or £14,300.00 per annum based on a 25 hours average working-week.
* Working hours will be Monday to Friday [08:00 – 13:00].
