LETS LIVE LEEDS: Front of House/ Office Manager
OTE £26,000 PA. Basic Pay £23,000- £24,000
(Monday- Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, Friday finish at 5.00pm (occasional Saturday may be necessary)

With immediate effect, we are looking to hire an outgoing, enthusiastic candidate to join our successful and dynamic group of Property Companies in Horsforth, North Leeds.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask with proven ability to deliver in pressurised and demanding environments.
The role would suit someone with experience of Personal Assistant duties looking for career progression. You will have excellent verbal, written and IT skills and be able to demonstrate a successful record of managing an office.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Front of House, dealing with enquires and bookings
- Booking in viewings (outlook synced diary) / arranging access (via text) with the existing tenants
- Answering all calls and diverting as necessary
- Generating new enquiries via proactive marketing
- Diary management for the team
- Booking inspection/inventories
- Organising / managing keys for tenants (moving in/ moving out) prior to the tenant collecting from the office
- Notifying existing tenants of new movers and updating landlord on the application processes
- Reviewing new tenancy applications and liaising with them throughout the application process which includes Tenant applications / referencing / credit referencing (let mc property management software)
- Assisting in property management when necessary
- Arranging access (texting tenants) to properties for tradesmen who need to carry out tasks at certain properties
- Open & distribute post / filing duties
- Manage all office contracts – cleaners, utilities, phones etc
- Obtaining Signed terms/ welcoming in new business
- Ensuring office area is tidy/clean at all times
- Systemising the office to run more efficiently and effectively
- Assist the Lettings Manager in negotiating rents & renewals, preparing section 13 and returning tenant deposits
- Dealing with deposits and deposit returns
- Coordinating check-outs with tenants
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, accruing an additional 1 day of holiday per year of service (capped at 26 days plus bank holidays). Staff Pension Scheme.

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
