A day in the life of an IT Analyst:

• You will provide support to the credit union’s IT infrastructure and serves as a back-up for the IT Service Delivery, acting as a change champion for IT initiatives with impacted stakeholders
• You will be responsible for maintaining the IT network including Microsoft servers and Cloud offerings Completing/escalating day to day proactive and reactive work while supporting the overall I.T. infrastructure with assigned tasks and projects
• You will identify and understand technical challenges, implications of certain decisions and make educated trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth or even timelines with your team
• You will be monitor, implement, and support all network hardware and enterprise applications in the organization
• You will monitor system logs and activity on all network solutions and installed solutions for availability, utilization, throughput and/or latency
• You will manage distribution and coordinate installation of software updates (applications, firmware, and/or bios) for network
• You will store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
• You will gather requirements and recommend solutions that best suit the needs of the organization
• You will identify priority of incoming work and triage to the rest of the IT team
• You will provide world class support while maintaining documentation

What you bring to the table:

• Formal post-secondary education in the field of Network Administration, or information systems
• Minimum one-year experience in Information Technology
