Front of House/Dental Administrator
Job Title: Front of House/Dental Administrator
Location: The Matchworks, Liverpool, L19 2RF
Terms: Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (these hours are variable and in accordance with the requirements of the general operations of the business)
Salary/Rate: £9.50 per hour - £11.50 per hour (dependent upon experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice including our VIP patients.
- Assisting patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation.
- Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments including confirming upcoming appointments.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Informing patients of financial treatment plan options.
- Check daily appointment schedule and enter all relevant patient information into data system.
- Verify and update patient information.
- Arrange patient charts and forms for next day appointments.
- Maintain a professional front of house/reception area.
- Cashing up at the end of the day

- Dental Administration: 1 year (preferred)
