Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Co-ordinator to join our ever-growing FG Family! Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Front of House operations or a Commercial Receptionist Role including experience taking ownership of social media to maximise the brands exposure through many channels.
Your main responsibilities are to book salon appointments by telephone or in person, operate our Salon IQ point of sale system in an efficient manner to produce the relevant reports, reconciling the till at close of play and visual merchandising; to ensure products are displayed in an eye-catching manner. You will need the appetite to learn about our product range and be willing to promote sales to our clients. Good data entry skills would be especially advantageous.
You will work closely with the salon Manager to ensure the salon runs smoothly.
You should be very well presented and have a professional attitude at all times within the salon that supports a positive team ethic with colleagues. We encourage a personal approach to people, as every client is unique & we pride ourselves on providing a tailor-made service to each client; to go above and beyond in our service to delight and exceed expectations in everything that we do.
Ideal Experience - you will have worked in busy commercial, customer facing roles and are able to build a natural rapport with clients and colleagues
Contracted Hours - 8.30 to 5.30
Saturdays only
Plus Holiday cover on other days of the week.

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
