21 hours per week, £20,876, per annum – pro-rata
This is an exciting opportunity for a Services Administrator to enable the effective delivery of services within the local area, co-ordinating and providing administrative support in a range of areas, such as inputting and preparing data for reports and inputting into our database. You will also be responsible for monitoring our Check In/ Check Out system which ensures our family support staff and volunteers are kept safe and providing admin support across the organisation. The postholder will also be responsible for dealing with relevant queries from parents and professionals.
The successful candidate must have experience of team-working, organising and completing tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy. You will also have good time management skills and be able to prioritise and plan your work and use your own initiative to solve problems.
Demonstrable administrative experience and experience of dealing with confidential issues are essential. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and good knowledge MS Word and Outlook.
The role is home based. We are looking for someone who can work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am to 5pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break), as well as the occasional Friday, when needed, to support the team. The successful candidate is required to have a quiet, confidential space to work, without distractions, and a good broadband connection.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives within 1.5 hours travelling distance of Hatfield, Hertfordshire, where our head office is based, but this is not essential. However, the successful candidate must be based in the UK.
The salary for 21 hours per week is £12,471.60 per annum.
