We are The Coffee Bar! A new exciting hospitality Start up based in the heart of London. We launched a new bar experience.
The concept has been designed to serve people’s needs at all points throughout the day. The café element will offer artisanal coffee and a refined, all-day food menu, including breakfast, pastries, light snacks, and more.
As daytime transitions to evening, the bar hosts its take on the Italian cultural ritual of aperitivo, serving sophisticated aperitif cocktails alongside a curated wine and beer list.
A Barista warmly welcomes customers into their establishment. They create and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the customer's preferences. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments. They also clean and sanitize their work areas, seating areas, and equipment/tools.
However, to ensure bar service can operate efficiently, they also monitor stock levels, restock when needed, promptly react to spills or hazards and reach out to the Bar Manager for support when needed. Preparing and serving high-quality beverages.
We are located in the iconic Labs Buildings!.
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customer's identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Serving food and snacks
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
Top candidates are creative, service-oriented, and level-headed.
