Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at an iconic broadcasting company. The company have a refreshingly different style of service, that positively breaks the mould on what we have come to expect within a corporate environment. It is a fast-paced environment where the team must work together across services to ensure a high level of customer care is maintained, as the role consists of Reception, Helpdesk and Switchboard cover.
The successful Front of House Assistant will work remotely with our teams at the London, Bristol, Manchester, and Glasgow offices.
The ideal applicant will be bubbly, enthusiastic with a strong passion for customer service. They must have experience in a busy customer service environment and ideally exposure to facilities management responsibilities.
