Your role
If so then we’re looking for you to play a key role in:
- define our transformation roadmap reporting all aspects of people, process and technology change to bring transparency to the journey and our status and progress
- developing and improving our technology change agenda, while also clearly understand and articulate the people and processes changes needed to drive digital operations
- ensure we have close collaborative partnerships with CDIO and line of business colleagues to rapidly deliver our transformed services
- connecting all aspects of technology, people and process changes together to deliver our promise to clients
- supporting and helping implement best practices across our services and foster delivery of continual improvements
Your team
Your expertise
- ideally 1-5 years of experience in similar role
- proactive, collaborative and service-orientated with a willingness to take ownership for topics and open for challenges
- strong ability to coordinate and manage stakeholders
- proven expertise in project ownership, delivery and reporting
- service and customer-centric with strong experience and a willingness to grow and develop
- knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and business tools expected
- fluent in English (verbal and written)
