This role embodies Our Space’s aim to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients through providing professional workspaces and highly engaged onsite support teams who are focussed on the success of our clients’ businesses.

As a Front of House/Receptionist your main roles and responsibilities will be:

To provide a professional service to all Our Space clients and visitors.

- To resolve and manage day-to-day enquiries (through telephone, email, and face-to-face)/complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Highlighting potential issues before a client has time complain or comment.

- To deliver all internal post and process all post and courier requests- local and international.

- To assist the Business in increasing the revenue opportunities through the sale of business services available and completing tours when required.

- To ensure and complete regular inspections of the centre.

- Responsible for ensuring all client records are kept up to date with accurate audit trails.

- To comply with the security access card process and perform regular audits to ensure all Our Space areas and client belongings are secure.

- Monitor and order stock.

- Suggesting resolutions to snagging issues, gaps in procedures, processes etc.

- Actively participate and drive activities that improve the quality of the services provided.

- Liaising with cleaners, external business cube providers in terms of daily running of buildings.

Accountable for ensuring the building achieves a high level of visual standards.

- Assisting fellow colleagues and cleaning manager/supervisor on a regular basis to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

- Liaising fellow colleagues and in certain instances with contractors to ensure building issues and remedial works are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard in accordance to the H&S regulations.

- Assisting and facilitating with fellow colleagues to manage projects relating to the centres and the business as required including move in and move outs.
- Ensuring all vacant offices are set up according to Our Space standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,700.00 per year
