We are very excited to be offering you the opportunity to join our Data Services team on a Degree Apprenticeship programme.
You will gain a thorough grounding in all aspects of digital and technology solutions studying for a BSc (Hons) in DIGITAL & TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (BUSINESS MANAGEMENT) at the University of Winchester, whilst working with our team here at Walnut Unlimited.

BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions (Business Management) - University of Winchester
The aim is to integrate academic learning at degree level and on-the-job practical training within our Data Services team, where you will:
- Assist our researchers in the implementation of consumer research studies, working with some of our big-name clients.
- Support the collection and analysis of data for our researchers to provide insight to our clients.
- Develop the ability to design survey collection, using survey software platform Confirmit.
- Learn how to provide accurate and quality scripts.
- Work with our researchers to deliver analysis using various software solutions.
- Develop an awareness of the range of research techniques available.

There is an Open day at the University of Winchester on the 13th June 2023, you will need to be available to join the Degree course from the 18th September 2023.

Requirements
- Ideally you will have a true passion for Market Research and Data and be looking for your first opportunity to join the team at Walnut Unlimited
- Candidates for the Degree Apprenticeship should normally have a minimum of 104-112 points at A2 (Grades BCC) or an equivalent e.g. BTEC DMM.
- You will also require Maths and English Language GCSE grade A*- C or 9-4.
- You’ll be a great communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Ideally you will be highly numerate and have a knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic.
- A good eye for details is a must have and you’ll be organised with a methodical approach
- You’ll be a self-starter with the commitment and flexibility to be part of a dedicated team
- Most importantly, you will be eager to learn, and looking forward to working with some of the best in the business
NB. We will individually evaluate candidates who do not meet these requirements, but have workplace experience or recognised prior learning. To secure the Degree Apprenticeship you will need to apply for the full-time position and have been successful on application and interview as conducted by Walnut Unlimited and in conjunction with the University of Winchester.
